Happy with Your Stickers? Awesome! Not So Much? We've Got You Covered.

We want you to absolutely love your personalized stickers. If something's not quite right, don't worry! Here's how we handle returns:

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, let us know right away! Send us details like the order number, a description of the issue, and a photo (if possible). If we determine it's our mistake, we'll gladly replace the item or offer a full refund using your original payment method.

Change of Heart (Non-Customized Items):

No problem, happens to the best of us! For non-customized items like wall decals, you can return them for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Just make sure they're in their original condition and packaging.

Customized Items (Labels):

Please double-check your order carefully before submitting it, as most customized items (like labels) cannot be refunded once the order is placed. Cancellations within 72 hours are accepted, but after that, we may charge a 50% cancellation fee.

Our apologies! If we messed up your refund, please contact our friendly Customer Care Team and we'll fix it ASAP.

Things to Keep in Mind:

    • Delivery charges are only refunded for cancelled orders under specific regulations or if the items are faulty.
    • Any discounts applied at purchase may not be applicable to your refund.

Want a Different Sticker? No Problem!

If you received the right item but prefer a different color, design, or pack, we're happy to help! Contact us to return your unused product and exchange it for another. Just remember, returned items must be complete and in their original state.

Price Adjustments:

If your sticker price dropped within 14 days of purchase, we can adjust your order and refund the difference to your original payment method.
